Salary negotiable based on level of experience

Loan Operations Supervisor: $24.00 - $30.00

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the direction and supervision of assigned loan operations employees and related loan operations workflows
  • Ensures department responsibilities are completed accurately and timely
  • Works with internal departments, employees, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues impacting designated area
  • Acts as a resource to all Loan Operations employees

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three years of diverse banking experience
  • One year of demonstrated supervisory experience
  • Working knowledge of loan servicing/operations related functions
  • Broad knowledge and experience with banking regulations, procedures, processing systems and general accounting knowledge and reporting
  • Experience performing high level research activity, analysis and independent issue resolution, including experience within technology driven recordkeeping platforms and core systems
  • Must possess the ability to work independently as well as actively participate in team projects and initiatives
