Your primary responsibility is to sell and or help create high-end clothing designs to all clients. You must quickly understand what product needs are best for customers. Understand their style preferences, provide personalized fashion advice, and design custom garments that meet their unique requirements and travel plans. Your role combines elements of fashion sales, and customer service to deliver a luxury shopping experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greet and engage with airport travelers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive and memorable shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our luxury product offerings, including but not limited to, designer fashion, accessories, cosmetics, and high-end electronics.
  • Measurement and Fitting: Take accurate measurements of clients to ensure precise garment fitting. Conduct fittings and alterations as necessary to achieve the desired fit and comfort.
  • Cross-Selling: Utilize your expertise to identify customer needs and recommend complementary products, maximizing sales opportunities in each transaction.
  • Quick Sales Transactions: Efficiently and accurately complete sales transactions in 5-7 minutes, ensuring a smooth and convenient shopping experience for customers.
  • Federal Security Check: Successfully pass all necessary federal security checks and adhere to airport security regulations.
  • Luxury Sales Experience: Leverage your previous experience in luxury retail sales to provide exceptional service and drive sales results.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the store, ensuring that displays are enticing, and products are well presented.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and restock inventory as needed to ensure product availability for customers.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and convey customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise1.     Previous experience in luxury retail sales is required.2.     Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.3.     Strong customer service orientation with a genuine passion for luxury products.4.     Clean, Neat, and Polished Appearance5.     Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment and handle quick sales transactions.6.     Detail-oriented and organized with good numerical skills for accurate transactions.7.     Ability to pass a federal security check and meet airport security requirements.8.     Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
