As a Licensed Customer Service Representative you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of the office by offering products that people need for their security and peace of mind. Your central role will be topursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance through a consultative and customer focused approach.

.As a member of our team we will support you as you grow and learn within our agency. As your client base grows, your earning potential does as well through a combination of guaranteed base salary and earned commission.

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Document agency management system.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Generateinsurance quotes.
  • Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
  • Consult and advise customers on coverages and policies that are in their best interest.
  • Respondto client inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices
  • Prepare account summaries and/or proposals as required.

Requirements
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
  • Applied Epic experience a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Personal Lines.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, and web-based insurance tools.
  • Reliable.
