Here is what you will do day to day:

  • Communicate timely via phone/email with newly signed clients to follow up on items required for account setup.
  • Submit new client information to Implementation by set deadlines.
  • Assist clients with applying for state tax ID numbers.
  • Assist Sales Associates with client related activities including but not limited to processing add-on service requests, supporting check-ins with A-list clients, and acknowledging client anniversary milestones.
  • Schedule client check-in appointments.
  • Make calls to prospective A-list clients for certain email campaigns.
  • Contribute to team marketing efforts including but not limited to assisting with drop campaigns, attending networking events, and providing support at trade conferences when necessary.
  • Create client prospect hit lists in HubSpot for targeted campaigns.
  • Contribute to teams marketing efforts by effectively communicating across teams and accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and meeting assigned deadlines.
  • Other duties as assigned in support of the Company's goals and objectives.

Here is what we are looking for:

  • 0-2 years of prospecting and phone-based sales/service experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred
  • Ambitious, competitive , and highly self-motivated individual
  • Detail and follow-up oriented
  • Excellent customer service and listening skills
  • Projecting a positive image in representing the company to clients and the community
  • Exemplary communication skills to include written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Self starter with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
