Requirements:

  • Must be 16 or older with a minimum of 1 year of experience working with infants, toddlers or youth.
  • An understanding of activities that will entertain children of different development levels in a caring atmosphere is required.
  • Must have the ability and desire to work with the diverse needs of all participants while demonstrating a personal commitment to character development and the mission of the YMCA . This individual must possess the ability to provide positive feedback and encouragement to the children in our care in addition to providing excellent customer service to parents and members at all times.
  • Part-time schedule with morning hours 08.00 am-1pm.
  • $12.00/hr and FREE YMCA Facility membership included with employment.
  • Pre-employment fingerprinting and drug test required.
