They need a Sales Leader to come in and help continue championing the existing customer base but also have the experience to strategize other areas of opportunity for business growth.



JOB:

As the VP of Business Development, this person will adopt an already existing team of 5 and implement an already proven repeatable process and have the ability to teach their team how to do it. The ideal person will have experience scaling revenue with a team generating at least $8-10M and have the ability to understand segmentation with the team. This person will be tasked with strategizing new areas of opportunity to tackle adjacent verticals. This is an excellent role for a leader who has created market plans in the past, implemented, and executed with their teams. This person cannot be afraid to get in the sales trenches with their team.



QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of software sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years leading a team
  • Experience making strategic growth decisions with their past organization
  • Well-versed with being a coach to the team
  • Experience selling software into the building vertical a huge plus
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Must live in the Greater Philadelphia Area
