Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance to ensure a safe and functional environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment to support ongoing research activities.
• Handle light IT tasks, including setting up emails, logins, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for the building, lab equipment, and computer systems.
