Change Manager (Intermediate)

Personnel Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, finance, computer science or the equivalent.
  • Minimum of eight years’ experience with progressively complex project and/or organizational change management responsibilities.
  • Change Management, Project Management (PMP) or similar certification preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with design thinking and human-centered design.
  • Certification in data management and or governance methodology like the EDM Council's Data Management Capability Assessment Model (DCAM), Cloud Data Management Capability (CDMC) or DAMA International's Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP).
  • Certification in change management methodologies (i.e. PROSCI methodology).

Capabilities:

  • Supports the overall program efforts in the areas of culture change, program management, communications, and training.
  • Successfully implements new strategic data management initiatives and/or significantly enhanced data management programs and services with an approach routed in change management principles.
  • Supports both strategic and tactical data management and data governance projects to support cloud data management transformation.
  • Serves on division committees and ad hoc task forces and manages multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, high- visibility environment.
