Responsibilities:


  • Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects focusing on supply chain and procurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, use cases, and process flows.
  • Manage project timelines while ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards within agreed-upon budget and timeline constraints.
  • Develop comprehensive plans to include all activities, resources, and timelines necessary for project completion.
  • Address and escalate any issues or discrepancies that may occur during the project lifecycle to the appropriate internal teams or stakeholders in a timely and effective manner for resolution. This includes ensuring that all project team members are fully aware of their roles and responsibilities and that knowledge gaps and uncertainties are addressed immediately to prevent potential delays or setbacks.
  • Create detailed reports and metrics to measure the success of projects.
  • Identify potential risks and issues within the project scope and provide recommendations to address these risks.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of project deliverables.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep them informed of project status.
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to team members throughout the project lifecycle.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects within the energy industry.
  • Excellent understanding of the entire project management lifecycle.
  • Proficient with various project management tools such as Visio and/or MS Project, Jira, or PPM tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically when presented with complex tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Change management experience is a plus
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or PMI) is preferred.
