VP of Finance

Our products include the successful Scott Living mattress line and our distribution channels include retailers and a growing hospitality/contract channel. We are seeking a hands-on and highly confident finance leader to strategically support the senior leadership team working towards an ambitious growth strategy. You will be deeply involved at a strategic and tactical level with full responsibility for the finance and accounting team and functions as well as risk insurance program, budgeting process and the analysis of complex corporate documents needed for senior management and investors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years related experience in accounting or finance to include progressively responsible leadership experience. 
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency using an ERP required. CPA and/or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration preferred. 
• This is an in-person role.
