Batching Machine Operator (Batching) Job Summary:
  • 1st Shift 7:00am – 3:30pm
    • $22.22 / hour
  • 2nd Shift - 3pm-11:30pm
  • 3rd Shift - 11pm -7:30am
    • $22.72 / hour includes $.50/hr shift premium
  • Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, or products to ensure conformance to requirements.
  • Read work orders to determine production specifications or information.
  • Mix or blend ingredients by starting machines and mixing for specified times.
  • Clean and maintain equipment, using hand tools.
  • Collect samples of materials or products for laboratory testing.
Batching Machine Operator (Batching) Qualifications:
  • Diploma/GED Preferred
  • Must be able to distinguish between colors
  • Must be able to lift 55 lbs. frequently and carry up and down stairs.
  • Must be able to bend, lift, stoop, and climb stairs
  • Showers after the shift are required for all production workers due to pigments
  • Pre-employment physicals are required
