In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Prepress Preparation: Analyze job orders, configure printing machinery, and ensure proper ink, rollers, and paper are ready for each print run.
  • Operating Expertise: Master a variety of printing presses.
  • Quality Control Champion: Maintain a watchful eye on the printing process, guaranteeing color accuracy, print alignment, and overall clarity.
  • Minimizing Errors: Proactively catch misprints by collecting samples and making adjustments throughout the production run.
  • Preventative Maintenance:  Ensure optimal press performance by checking cylinders, plates, and ink levels for each job.

We're looking for a candidate who:
