Job Description:

As the Marketing Manager at GFO Home, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate our brand, generate leads, and drive sales growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the home building industry and a passion for innovation and creativity.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives to increase brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and support sales efforts.
  • Oversee all aspects of brand management, including brand positioning, messaging, and identity development, to ensure consistency and relevance across all marketing channels.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns, to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and implement traditional marketing tactics, such as print advertising, direct mail, events, and sponsorships, to reach target audiences and drive brand recognition.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and leverage findings to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Drive lead generation efforts through effective lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and marketing automation strategies to support sales pipeline growth and revenue targets.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI to maximize marketing investments and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to foster growth and excellence.
  • Collaborate with sales, design, construction, and other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals and objectives.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the home building or real estate industry.
  • 2 years’ experience in New Home Building Industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, technologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
