We are looking for a motivated and experienced Medical office Manager to join our practices around Houston, TX. Ideally, our incoming Medical Office manager is experienced, is self-motivated with a passion for personal and professional growth, has excellent customer service skills, and is a great manager who is a quick problem solver who can get things done. This position will be acting as our Front Office Manager, covering several of our offices in the Houston metro area.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and Oversee Operations- Lead our front desk and phlebotomists, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with providers schedules, and manage staff leave approvals.
  • Spearhead the introduction of new systems, offers, and promotions to scale our business.
  • Handle all employee related activities and employee disputes with empathy and efficiency.
  • Oversee phone communications, faxing, and updating our EHR account, maintaining impeccable organization.
Requirements:
  • Previous medical office management experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
Schedule:
  • 3-4 days per week
Salary: 
  • $250-$350 /day (depending on experience), with growth and bonus potential.
