Brief Description:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Subcontractor Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in managing subcontractor relationships to ensure the smooth execution of projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule appointments, deliveries, and project timelines.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documents, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of subcontractor information, contracts, and project updates.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate with subcontractors to address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in reviewing subcontractor performance and providing feedback to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and requests from subcontractors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure all subcontractor requirements are met and projects are completed on schedule

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in administrative support or subcontractor management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50/HR

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
