Construction Project Engineer / Project Manager (Entry Level)

Multifamily Construction in Sacramento, CA (Local applicants strongly preferred)

We are looking to fill the role of jobsite Project Engineer/Project Manager who can meet the following criteria:

Responsibilities:

  • Budget Administration and Management
  • Processing of Owner and Subcontractor Change Orders
  • Processing of Owner and Subcontractor Draw Applications
  • Assist in Buyout, and Preparing Subcontracts and Purchase Orders
  • Processing of Requests for Information (RFIs)
  • Processing of Submittals
  • As-Built and Record Document Management
  • Owner/Architect Meeting Preparation and Participation
  • Safety Documentation Administration and Management
  • Jobsite Office and File Management
  • Punchlist Program Management
  • Closeout Documentation Preparation and Presentation

Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude
  • Proficient computer skills including good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Build and/or Microsoft Project a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Stable employment history or equivalent in Construction Management/Engineering Education
