YOUR OBJECTIVE
You ensure accurate, on-time wholesale and e-commerce order processing throughout all stages of SAP production workflow. You deliver outstanding support so the production team can maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Your work helps spread the power of optimism to a growing community of people who believe optimism is the most powerful way to live a healthy, fulfilling life.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate wholesale production scheduling including:
- Pulling
- Printing
- Picking/Packing
- Successfully diagnose and resolve order issues, resulting in minimal disruption to production.
- Effectively communicate to production art missing files and/or artwork problems that need to be fixed.
- Communicate order issues with customer service on time, leading to optimal customer experience.
- Work in concert with department leads in all stages of pre-press, on-press, and post-press SAP activities, ensuring their order processing issues are being resolved.
- Clearly and effectively communicate with IT issues that need to be fixed, improved, and/or implemented.
- Maintain a neat, organized, clean, and safe work environment.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Requirements
