Position Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated General Manager to work, lead and optimize our warehouse operations. This pivotal role involves manufacturing and delivery of product, sales, finance, logistics, and managing expected staff to ensure seamless operations and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.


Key Expectations:

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the warehouse operations, optimizing inventory organization and order fulfillment processes.
  • Develop and implement efficient strategies for inventory management, including receiving, storage, and order packing for shipment.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment, maintaining high standards of quality and precision.
  • Manage a team of warehouse specialists, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and meet customer demands effectively.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance measures in the warehouse environment.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for enhanced efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in warehouse management or a leadership role within a similar industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking to optimize workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
