Our client in Mid-City is looking for a Part-Time Executive Assistant/Office Manager. Hours are Mon-Fri 10am-3pm. The ideal candidate is dynamic, motivated, smart, and extremely organized.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing phones & emails
  • Maintaining e-files/internal database
  • Calendar management & scheduling
  • Relationship-building

General requirements:

  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Zoom, WordPress, etc.)
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

This is a small team looking for a team player that is open to growth.
