  • IT Technical Services Technician 1 will follow department process to resolve software/hardware issues in a timely manner to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
  • IT Technical Services Technician 1 will resolve end user issues and challenges through the form of tickets in the Technical Services
  • IT Technical Services Technician 1 will use local and remote troubleshooting skills and apply basic understanding of computer software/hardware products and services to resolve client issues
  • Reflect a positive attitude within our department and clients
  • IT Technical Services Technician 1 will install department approved application on independent contractors (IC) computers
  • Receive telephone calls from users having problems accessing computer software/hardware or inquiring how to use specific software, electronic mail, or operating systems
  • Communicate with co-workers to research problem and find solution in a quick and efficient fashion
  • Document time and notes in each ticket as the work is happening

What You Bring to the Table

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0 - 1 years’ experience in a customer facing technical role
  • Knowledge in Windows OS, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office
  • Basic troubleshooting skills
  • Working knowledge of PC and software systems
  • Creativity, imagination and ability to multi-task
  • High stress tolerance and strong attention to detail
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish require
