Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Handle client inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses
- Process insurance policy changes and updates
- Maintain client records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer service
- Support agency marketing initiatives and assist with client retention efforts
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
- Prior experience in administrative work or customer service is preferred but not required.
