**The Role:**

The Account Coordinator position is a crucial job within the RingoFire team. It requires a person with creative energy and drive. The AC must excel at being a team player, have a client-service mindset, think strategically, and have a strong understanding of marketing principles.

Primary Duties:

  • Help Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with monthly social postings for clients which may include copywriting, content ideation, scheduling and reporting.
  • Overseeing community Management of brand social channels. Must be engaged and responsive to customers via social media. This included responding to direct messages, comments, tagged content and other notifications.
  • Help Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with influencer relationships, research, negotiating, and communications.
  • Demonstrate effective understanding of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must adapt easily to change in a dynamic work environment with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Be the primary point of contact with clients and manage feedback to the creative team. Some after hours and weekend responding is required to be successful in this role.
  • Consult clients on new industry and platform trends.
  • Understanding of social media analytics and capable of reporting that information in a clear and concise way.
  • Some day and overnight travel (~20% of your time) is required and will be communicated prior to being booked for the employee.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
