Business Office Manager / Admissions Assistant
The Business Office Manager / Admissions Assistant works in collaboration with the Administrator, Billers and Admissions Director
Duties
- patient admitting and registration
- patient billing and collection, third-party payer relations
- preparation of insurance claims.
- generate budgets, financial statements, and various reports.
- assists the Admissions Director with resident flow, the admissions process and marketing programs for health care services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in health care financial administration.
- Must have experience in filing applications for NJ Medicaid for long term care facilities
- Must have experience in private pay collection
- Must have experience in MLTSS authorizations
