We are looking to add a talented Senior Consultant/Manager to work side-by-side with our team of experienced healthcare professionals.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with principals and thought leaders in the industry and interact with senior-level leaders.
  • Engage with teams and lead tasks while working on a broad variety of projects.
  • Assist in the development of our new service offerings, methodologies, and thought leadership pieces and influence the growth of our brand.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced environment not beleaguered by the red tape of a big firm.
  • Receive individual attention, real-time coaching, and work in a high-performance environment among the brightest consultants in healthcare.
  • Thrive in an open environment, which encourages team members to challenge assumptions and approaches, as well as support each other’s passions and career growth.

A qualified candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of work experience in the healthcare industry with 5+ years of consulting experience preferred.
  • Experience working on projects involving: IT strategic planning, system selection, contract negotiation, and IT departmental assessments and planning
  • Experience working on an Epic implementation project would be ideal.
  • Highly knowledgeable about the healthcare landscape and current trends in the industry.
  • Ability to create and manage executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage resources, schedules, and project timelines.
  • A solid history of superior personal achievement in school and work.
  • Leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions that address client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Desire to work in a “start-up” environment, with a willingness to take on challenges in a growing organization.
  • Genuine passion and commitment to answer the “what if” questions.
  • Willingness to travel and be on client site up to 50% at times.

This is a remote position. Must reside in the United States.
