Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of specialized Imagery Analysis experience
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Active Security+CE certification.
Duties:
  • Analyzes remote sensing content developed or captured by photographic and electronic means.
  • Prepares maps, charts, reports and other imagery related media using computer systems and imagery exploitation software.
  • Applies remote sensing principles and methods when analyzing content and provides recommendations specific to DHS mission area (i.e. natural disaster response, law enforcement operations, etc.)
  • Plans and coordinates imagery collection to meet a variety of DHS missions (i.e. natural disaster response, law enforcement operations, etc.).
  • Compiles materials and prepares presentations for use in briefings, white papers, and other decision-making artifacts. 
  • Leverage multiple sensing technologies to provide timely, accurate, complete, and structured image exploitation in a compressed time frame.
  • Works across multiple teams and geospatial disciplines to support DHS imagery requirements.
