As an Account-Based Marketing Manager at LPK, you will be instrumental in driving our brand forward, generating new leads, and nurturing client relationships. Your expertise in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and consumer experience design will contribute to LPK's position as a thought leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances LPK's brand awareness, generates leads, and fosters loyalty among our global brand clients people use every day.
  • Engage in lead generation and demand generation activities, including ABM strategies tailored to key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and IT, to ensure consistent messaging and effective marketing deliverables are created and distributed effectively.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize digital platforms for SEO, SEM, PPC, and user engagement to increase online visibility and lead conversion.
  • Execute targeted online and offline marketing campaigns, leveraging email, webinars, blogs, podcasts, videos, white papers, and case studies.
  • Manage and participate in events such as trade shows and conferences to promote LPK's expertise and services.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and measure marketing effectiveness, providing insights and reports to senior management.
  • Optimize lead scoring and nurturing processes to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing and digital strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of consumer strategy, branding, innovation, customer experience, and market research.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a knack for innovative solutions and marketing approaches.
  • Familiarity with a range of software and tools, including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HubSpot CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

Compensation Range: $75k- $95k annually. The range represents the starting base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee. This is the pay range the Company considers it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs.

This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other benefits also are available.
