Online Sales Manager

We are hiring for an experienced online sales manager to add to our marketing team.

The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for providing direction, ongoing team trainings and leadership to the online sales department. This candidate will also have excellent communication skills and work directly with the leadership team. The Online Sales Manager will also help lead a team of motivated online sale representatives and make executive decisions over sales initiatives which include, reporting, analyzing the market, advertising, campaigns, sales promotion, store location events, and vendor partnerships. This successful candidate will be a decisive problem-solver with a deep understanding of the sales and media landscape along with a proven ability to execute and succeed in the sales industry. Must be local to San Antonio, this is an in-office position.


The Daily

  • Develop Innovative Sales opportunities. Must be creative in finding new ways to build and grow our existing online sales. Collaborate with leadership team and employees to help promote our product, promotion, and creative incentive plans to achieve those marketing goals.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to communicate with the entire company as you and your team will be distributing hot leads to each sales center. This candidate will also need to have a persuasive communication style in order convert customers over the phone to get into our stores.
  • Must have great customer service as you are working directly with our customers and prospects.
  • Must have an understanding for the customer's needs so that our product can be specially tailored to them.
  • Observe the market trends and online sales data to develop sales forecasts which build effective strategies.
  • Managing and building the online sales pipeline.
  • Develop and/or work directly with our CRM system and regular reports to display highlight successes, failures and to showcase areas for improvement. This includes monitoring sales calls, new or closed and any follow up activities that may occur.
  • Motivate, train, and grow your team of online sales to progress overall.
  • Hire/Train new and existing staff on the latest sales techniques, online trends, and software. Must ensure that all members of the sales team comply with company policies, procedures, and business regulations.

The Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of sales management experience
  • Building automated workflows
  • Must have experience in communication processes
  • Experience in the manufactured housing is a plus but not required
  • Passion for sales leadership, mentorship, and development. Positive attitude
  • Self-starter and collaborative leader, as well as an analytical and strategic thinker
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • BA/BS degree preferred but not required
  • Must have experience in a fast-paced environment and able to multitask as you will be communicating with several professionals daily
