Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and complex analyses of quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement research methodologies, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and statistical analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare and present detailed research reports, including key findings, trends, and strategic recommendations, to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the quality and accuracy of research data and ensure adherence to best practices and research standards.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior researchers and analysts, supporting their professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, research techniques, and emerging technologies to enhance research capabilities and practices.
  • Manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective completion of deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Research Administrator (CRA)) is highly desirable.
  • 5+ years of experience in research analysis, with a strong background in conducting complex research projects and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in research and data analysis tools, including statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R), data visualization tools, and survey platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in designing and implementing research methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage research projects and mentor junior team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, research best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
