Our New Paris, IN location is looking for an experienced Sales Account Representative (manufacturing background a plus)
There is some travel. You will be traveling to customer locations in the United States to provide customer service and perform physical inventory counts. Your home base will be in New Paris, IN. Your job will be to service current accounts, acquire new accounts, ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- To aggressively acquire new accounts.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with the current customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Offer support and solutions to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Travel to U.S. customer sites.
- Manage inventory physically and digitally.
- Be a part of a strong sales team and work directly with the VP of Sales.
- Manage customer programs onsite (VMI).
Skills needed:
- 2+ years of proven sales experience.
- Strong sales skills.
- Effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to discuss and problem-solve situations.
- Achieve and maintain rapport with customers and work to give them the best possible service regularly.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Goal-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
- A positive and professional demeanor.
You will learn new skills, work as a team, and build a career.
Manufacturing accounting and inventory system experience is a plus
