Human Resource Manager Wanted

Position Overview: As their Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of their organization by developing, implementing, and coordinating policies, practices, and systems that support the diverse needs of team members. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will have the opportunity to lead and support development initiatives, manage recruitment strategies, and foster a culture of professional growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support for 500+ non-union employees.
  • Manage subordinates in the HR Group.
  • Lead and support the development of innovative growth strategies and programs.
  • Drive recruitment efforts and manage compensation strategies.
  • Evaluate departmental performance and recommend strategies for continual improvement.
  • Ensure competitive and equitable benefits and compensation programs.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Direct the interpretation and application of HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to management on HR matters.
  • Manage the overall direction and effectiveness of the HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field required.
  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with 7-10 years in management roles.
  • Experience in global recruitment strategies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Oracle and Canva is beneficial.
