- Collaboration: Partner with academic departments and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment and selection.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings by fostering relationships with academic professionals and institutions.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with academic tenure systems, research funding, and faculty development is a plus.
