Job DescriptionJob Description

HousePro is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to our existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote our HVAC services.

You will work closely with our Sales team to understand the features and benefits of our services, and effectively communicate them to potential customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating our CRM system with relevant information.

This is a target-driven role, and you will be expected to meet or exceed sales quotas on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Telesales Representative or similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to persuade and influence customers
  • Target-oriented and results-driven
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in using CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Benefits

35k - 75 including commission
