Qualifications & What we are looking for in you …

 Proven experience as a Treatment Plan Coordinator or Scheduling Coordinator

in a dental or medical office with 2+ years of experience in providing exceptional

customer service and supporting a profitable practice.

 Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills.

 Strong communication & interpersonal relationship building skills.

 Proficiency in dental software and state-of-the-art equipment.

 Comprehensive dental knowledge and ability to effectively communicate dental

terminology with patients.  

 Willing to go above & beyond and assist our patients in accordance with the

training you receive to ensure patients receive the best possible service

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Greet patients, schedule future appointments, handle incoming calls, manage

claims & answer questions.

 Act as a servant leader, demonstrating care & compassion.

 Schedule patient appointments efficiently, taking into consideration dentist

availability and treatment times.

 Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly financial & accounts receivable tasks

including verify insurance & accurately enter the information to prepare for

accurate treatment plan presentations, process payments date of service, apply

insurance payments to accounts correctly, submit insurance claims and follow up

with outstanding claims, prepare & send monthly billing statements, conduct

collection calls, reconcile accounts for month end. Maintain and update patient

records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

 Address patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

 Manage the appointment schedule to minimize gaps and maximize productivity.

 Verify insurance coverage details of each insurance policy and effectively assist

patients with understanding their benefits.

 Perform general administrative tasks to support the dental office as needed.

As the treatment plan coordinator and insurance administrator at Buffalo Prairie

Dental, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our

practice. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of dental

insurance processing, claims, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient and accurate

support for both patients & our practice. Your attention to detail and organizational skills

will be critical in helping us deliver outstanding patient care.
