Highly respected General Contractor in the Colorado Springs, CO area is seeking to add a Project Manager to their team. Looking for a construction management background with Institutional and Healthcare related builds (both new builds and TI projects).

  • Anticipate $100-$120K, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets, cost tracking, and financial projections.
  • Oversee subcontractor contracts and change orders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Handle RFIs, procurement, and submittals.
  • Lead meetings with owners, architects, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with Project Superintendents for smooth execution.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Participate in project interviews to secure new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare or educational projects (new builds and TI)
  • Prefer 3+ years in construction management roles
