Position Overview: As a Billing Assistant, you'll play a vital role in the administration and processing of our revenue management cycle. Working under the guidance of our experienced billing supervisor, you'll contribute to the seamless operation of our finance department.

Responsibilities That Make a Difference:

  • 📑 Generate, scrub, and submit claims with an eagle eye for accuracy.
  • 🔄 Verify client insurance details, ensuring precision in our EHR system.
  • 💵 Efficiently enter patient payments to keep our financial records up-to-date.
  • 📬 Process incoming mail with precision and promptness.
  • 📞 Be the friendly voice, answering client calls, emails, and help desk tickets.
  • 📁 Scan and organize information, maintaining an electronic filing system in SharePoint.
  • 🤝 Collaborate with the finance team, supporting various finance functions as needed.
  • 🚀 Support and participate in activities driving the organization towards its goals.
  • 🌐 Dedication to promoting and upholding the organization's purpose, promises, and values.

Requirements to Thrive:

  • 🌟 Preferred: Familiarity with the InSync EHR system, giving you a head start
