Body Shop Manager

Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of auto insurance process and procedures
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the shop

- Familiar with dealing with insurance adjusters

-Ability to assess damage and provide detailed estimates
- Coordinate and schedule work assignments for technicians and mechanics
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or issues
- Train and mentor new employees
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Skills
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
