Job Overview
Major Airline seeks Remote Customer Service Agent to join their team and make a difference in the lives of travelers every day  In this role, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and various issues they may encounter before, during, and after their flights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and personalized assistance to passengers utilizing various methods including phone, chat, and email.
  • Assist customers with flight reservations, changes, cancellations, and upgrades, ensuring accuracy and adherence to airline policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer concerns and requests in a professional and timely manner, striving to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
  • Inform customers about airline promotions, loyalty programs, and additional services, encouraging participation and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in CRM system.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on finding solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and office applications for data entry and communication purposes.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and attitude at all times.
