You don't want to miss out on this one As a customer service representative, you will support internal logistics staff to obtain critical and detailed information for reporting purposes with a calm demeanor. What matters most as the customer service representative:
  • $20.00
  • Monday through Friday 7:30-4 pm during training. AFTER training work 4 days Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
  • Must be able to work Thursday and Friday 09:30-8:00 p.m. Saturday, Sunday 730 a.m. -6:00 p.m.

Your new role as the customer service representative:
  • Answer inbound support calls for the risk management call center.
  • Taking reports from customers, clients, and employees of the organization for quick risk management occurrence resolutions.
  • Handling calls/reports related to occurrences.
  • Maintains risk management database, including contact information.
  • Direct risk management correspondence to parties involved.
  • Tracking, securing, and redelivering rejected freight.
  • Receiving and carrying out instructions promptly.
  • Research/compile/track reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
Your experience as a customer service representative:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in the trucking industry, preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of data entry/customer service experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
