Role and responsibilities—This person will be the top person on a project value of $1 billion+ 


  • Strong collaborative skills and productive client relations is a primary requirement 
  • Proven experience on large projects over $500 million 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulate and likeable 
  • Overseeing estimating and negotiation of GMPs, ccos and subcontracts 
  • Development of staff; hiring, management and mentoring. 
  • Regular meetings on progress, planning, safety with all stakeholders 
  • Management of Community programs—Cultural Competency 
  • Overseeing estimating and negotiation of change orders and sub-contracts 
  • Managing client interaction 
  • Management of JV Partnerships 
  • Scheduling and coordination of project 
  • Job Cost reporting and review of labor cost with Superintendent 
  • Collaboration with team to develop the master construction schedule 
  • Assuring all specifications and terms of the contract are being met 
  • High degree of interpersonal skill is a requirement; we value relationships and people

  • Exposure to Mega Projects of $1 billion+
