Job Type: Full-time

Location: In Office (Mooresville, NC) – This is NOT a remote position

Salary: $13.50/hour during training and $14.50/hour for the remainder of the probationary period. An additional increase will be provided after completing the 90 day probationary period.

Position Overview: This administrative support role offers growth and advancement opportunities. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy, a fast typist, and have a keen eye for detail. You will be relied upon for excellent follow-through, attention to detail, and accurate supportive skills to directly serve our clients. Flexibility and the ability to switch priorities as needed are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents ensuring accuracy
  • Update existing data
  • Retrieve data from systems, electronic files, or websites as requested
  • Sort and organize files after entering data to ensure quality control
  • Organize, prioritize, and respond to emails

Essential Requirements:

  • Must live in Mooresville, NC, or surrounding areas (This is not a remote job)
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft 11 and higher-based computer navigation, function, and terminology
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Working knowledge of basic office equipment
  • Good command of English, both oral and written customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • High school degree or equivalent
