We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and making sales calls to healthcare facilities in need of staffing solutions. Your primary objective will be to establish initial contact, introduce our agency's services, and nurture relationships to ultimately secure new clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound cold calls to healthcare facilities including hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.

2. Identify decision-makers and build rapport with key personnel such as HR managers, DON, Staffing Coordinators

3. Present our agency's services and value proposition effectively, emphasizing the benefits of partnering with us for their staffing needs.

4. Gather information about staffing requirements, challenges, and upcoming needs from potential clients.

5. Utilize persuasive communication skills to overcome objections and address concerns raised by prospects.

6. Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status

7. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize approaches, refine scripts, and share insights from client interactions.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or cold calling, preferably in the healthcare industry or staffing/recruitment sector.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage prospects effectively.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Persistence and resilience to handle rejection and overcome obstacles in the sales process.

- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving results.
