The Senior Investor Reporting Analyst is responsible for the daily and monthly activities of the Ginnie Mae portfolios including reporting, remittances, and reconciliation research resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepares and reviews monthly investor reports and remittances along with related cash movements.

· Completes daily balancing of DDA accounts to ensure accounts are reconciled and remain aligned with investor requirements.

· Review and validate controls in place before month-end cutoff activities in accordance with applicable remittance type.

· Maintain policies and procedures in accordance with Company and Investor Guidelines.

· Provide guidance to team members on GNMA processes.

· Working collaboratively with internal partners including Servicing, Accounting, Compliance, and IT to ensure processes align with investor guidelines, activity is reported accurately, and continually identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies.

· Essential the candidate is comfortable with working with large amount of data efficiently.

Requirements:

Experience and Skills:

· 3-5 years of Mortgage Servicing experience with 3+ years of GNMA Investor Reporting.

· Must have direct experience and advanced knowledge of GNMA reporting, remittance, and test of cash reconciliations.

· Strong knowledge of mortgage accounting, investor reporting, and/or cash management procedures in the mortgage lending and servicing field.

· Solid math aptitude with the ability to research and solve complex problems.

· Strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and respond well to pressure and competing deadlines.

· Knowledge and understanding of MSP is a plus.

· Ability to handle large amounts of data with efficiency and ease.

· Advanced MS Excel Experience (pivot tables, v-lookups)

· Strong communication skills to interact with Senior Management, and internal and external business partners.

· Strong organizational skills, time management skills; uses time effectively; consistently meets deadlines.

· Documents regularly, thoroughly, accurately, and completely.

· High level of computer literacy and the ability to adapt to a variety of technologies.


Education

· Bachelor’s Degree from a Four (4) year College or University or equivalent combination of education and experience
