THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Your role begins with diagnosing and resolving complex issues across diverse equipment and mastering the intricacies of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Precision is crucial as you execute repairs and meticulous reconditioning to optimize the performance of John Deere equipment relied upon by our community. Engaging in ongoing training ensures you stay ahead in agricultural technology, all while prioritizing safety in our dynamic, fast-paced setting. OUR IDEAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

We're looking for a Service Technician that can meet the following qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license
  • 2+ recent and consistent years of professional hands-on diesel repair
  • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs and perform physical activity in various weather conditions and for extended periods of time

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous formal John Deere training (JDU)
  • 10+ years spent in the agriculture space
  • Previous and positive employment of reasonable tenure with another John Deere dealer
