Qualifications for Agricultural Equipment Service Technician

  • Valid driver's license
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in diesel repair
  • Proficiency in operating vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes
  • Capability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Formal training from John Deere (JDU)
  • Over 10 years of experience in the agricultural sector
  • Positive employment history with another John Deere dealer
