The Opportunity


The Sales Support Associate assists the Funding in taking the files from a signed contract stage to being ready for funds to be released. He/she plays a pivotal role in our process flow and contributes to our goal of providing agile & right-sized funding to our small business customers.


What You Will Do:

  • Keep in constant communication with various landlords, franchisors, banks, merchants, fellow team members and underwriters.
  • Assist in database cleanup and maintenance via data entry and corrections
  • Clear and to the point verbal, phone, and email communication
  • Accurately enter banking information into system of record to enable funds to be transferred to merchant or company being paid
  • Review signed contracts (separate, appropriately label, upload documents to company server), draft legal documents specific to file at hand
  • Send out Decision Logic and support other Underwriting needs
  • Assist Customer Service in fielding calls and answering general questions about merchant accounts
  • Assist Renewals in submissions where necessary
  • Help Relationship Managers with submissions and doc cleanup

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • 0-1 years of experience in banking, finance or underwriting
  • Able to type a minimum of 50 WPM or data entry related experience
