Maintain proper procedures for the collection of all parts of the service invoice.

Inspect each invoice for proper payment amounts in each segment and department.

Ensure each customer has been properly assisted and contact management if any

require additional service.

Maintain filing system of repair order copies for quick retrieval of information.

Prepare billing information for charge and extended warranty repair orders

including necessary copies and purchase orders.

If needed, asist service advisors. the service manager and receptionist in taking 

customer appointments or messages.

Must have excellent clerical and math skills

Experience in cashiering or other customer service is preferred.

Must have good communication skills.
