As a Maintenance Technician (also known as Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Mechanic), you'll ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and systems, align and install machines, repair equipment issues, fabricate new machine parts, lead apprentices, and perform preventative maintenance. You'll also train operators and new employees on machine operation and maintenance, ensuring adherence to safety policies, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience with PLC Troubleshooting, creating Preventive Maintenance Plans, Electrical and Mechanical Troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment.
  • Experience with PLC Programming and Wiring, and working in a Manufacturing Environment.
  • Familiarity with Calipers and Micrometers, Industrial Robots, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), HMI, and Conveyor Systems.
