Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Master Technician to lead our technical team and ensure the efficient operation of our Golf Cart and UTV 4x4, Go carts, and minibikes. The Master Technician will be responsible for overseeing the repair, maintenance, and assembly of golf carts while providing guidance and support to junior technicians. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in auto mechanics and electrical DC motors servo controllers, experience using multimeters testers, torque tools and possess excellent troubleshooting skills, technical expertise, and leadership abilities.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of technicians to ensure the timely and efficient completion of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ability to read schematics to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of Golf Cart and UTV 4x4, Go carts, and minibikes.
Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their technical skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and parts inventory.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and best practices to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree.
Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role in the mechanical.
Strong technical expertise including proficiency in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance procedures.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
Solid leadership abilities with experience in supervising and mentoring a team of technicians.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and communicate technical information clearly.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations and protocols

Schedule: Mon-Fri (7AM-3:30PM)
Pay: $20.00 per hour
