Position Title: CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Specialist
Department: Facilities
Reports To: Facility Supervisor
Location: Mesquite, TX
Job Summary:
The CMMS Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our equipment and facilities.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Maintain and administer the CMMS software system ensuring accurate data entry and updates.
* Develop and implement CMMS procedures and protocols to streamline maintenance processes.
* Analyze CMMS data to identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance operations.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule based on equipment specifications, manufacturer recommendations, and historical data.
* Coordinate with maintenance technicians to schedule and prioritize preventive maintenance tasks, inspections, and calibrations.
* Follow up on repairs and records maintain compliance with ISO requirements and document for the department.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Technical degree or bachelor's degree a plus
* Proven experience in CMMS administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong knowledge in CMMS software and Microsoft applications.
