Richtech Robotics is looking for a capable Delivery Robot Team Lead The Delivery Robot Team Lead will work directly with and become an expert with our line of delivery robots, such as the Matradee. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python and C++ and delivery robots.


Responsibilities

  • Strong leadership and managerial skills: ability to arrange work, quality control, and checking assignments given to the Tech team
  • Become an expert in our line of delivery robots, such as Matradee and Medbot
  • Evaluating system potential through assessing the compatibility of new programs with existing programs
  • Improving existing programs by evaluating objectives and specifications, reviewing proposed changes, and making recommendations
  • Maintaining system functionality by testing computer components
  • Achieving computer stem objectives through collecting relevant data, identifying and evaluating options, and suggesting a course of action
  • Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
  • Preparing reference material for users by drafting operation instructions
  • Assist at company events by installing the robots and ensuring they are successful 


Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED required (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred)
  • Experience using delivery robots is a must
  • Experience using Python and C++
  • A passion for technology
  • A background in tech and/or IT
  • Must be available to work occasional nights, holidays, and weekends
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing, and able to travel to multiple sites, including out of state: extra travel compensation applies
